A full 4 week plan consisting of
2 Consultations (the initial consultation and a goal check consultation)
12 personal training sessions + 1 FREE = 13 sessions
4- 7 Day meal plans (28 days total)
Consultations are used to assess your current physical state, discussing your personal goals and the best approach to meet those goals.
Personal training sessions are the main event! We focus exclusively on your goals and we WORK! During these 45-minute custom training sessions, we will do any combination of cardio, boxing, HIT, weight lifting and more.
Nutrition plans are exclusively created for each client based on their overall fitness goal. Each custom tailored meal plan consists of breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacking options.
